Finding the right tenant for you

We will pre-assess your prospective tenants prior to viewings being undertaken to ensure they capable of renting your property is a responsible and safe manner. We will then obtain references and identification details before a formal offer to rent is put to you.

Setting up a safe & legal tenancy

Once confirmed as being an acceptable and legally compliant tenant, we will arrange for security deposits to be placed and for an inventory of the property to be created. We will also ensure that all legal requirements are fulfilled including Gas Safety checks and Electrical tests.
